Sounds like you're getting migraine headaches, which happen to alot of people and your diet, sleep and anxiety does affect that. See what your doctor says about the scan first and go from there. Smoking, wine, and foods with nitrates in them are usually things that people who get migraines avoid because it can trigger them. Don't keep thinking bad things, try to be positive and get involved in things you enjoy doing, go out with your friends and meet people. Excercise is another good way to get rid of stress.
