Is it to late to go into Musical Theater (acting/dance)?

I'm 17 and going into my senior year of High School. I've been taking singing lessons since the 8th grade. I’ve never had any acting or dance training, but I've always had a love and pion for Broadway. Would it be too late for me to start taking dance and acting cles now? I want to take musical theater in college, but I'm afraid I'll flunk out due to lack of training. I'm planning on taking some acting or dance cles in the fall, but it still doesn't seem enough. Is it too late for me to start my training in acting and dance in addition to my singing lessons… and still be good enough to study it in college?
