What does it mean when some says " we overseaing"?

are they talking about traveling overseas? please let me know what "we overseaing" means. and dont tell me the definition of overseeing, cause thats not the word that im talking bout. i already know what that word means. just tell me what it means when someone says "we overseaing." i think its a slang word. but anyway, tell me what it means.aiiiight? peace
