Yeast infection? or something more serious? HELP:(?

I started having in april and in about may i thought i had gotten my first yeast infection. It was unbelievably itchy until the point where it felt like my skin was raw from scratching it so much and my labia was also swollen. I also had a white-ish/yellow-ish discharge with a bit of white "chunks" in it. Ever since then i don't think my has been FULLY back to normal, probably because i didn't treat it. Sometimes burns and feels like im not wet enough but it feels like i cannot get wet for whatever reason and feels like theres alot of friction rubbing against me. Now i have a little burning sensation near my oris and underneath. Do you think this could be an untreated yeast infection? please help!
