I have an oily nose, and need help!?

I cleanse my face (Clean & Clear Daily Pore Cleanser) every morning and night. I exfoliate (St. Ives Apricot Scrub) once a week, and use toner as well, daily. But even 5 minutes after I clean my face I can already see the oil coming out of my nose :|. Is there any home remedies that you know of in which I can use to make my nose less oily :( ?
