Cat acting funny after surgery?

I usually act and feel a bit funny after surgery too. Seriously, though, what you describe doesn't sound like anything to worry about right after the surgery. I've picked up a dog from surgery which was able to walk all right, but not in a straight line. Your cat is eating and peeing, I bet she'll drink water soon, and be much more like herself tomorrow.
