How long do I have to go to school part-time if I want to become a nurse ?

I have come to the thought of becoming a nurse like 5 times in my lifetime i cant discard the fact that this career appeals to me just don't want to quit my job so I want to go part time the college I want to go to says i can go to a two-year prog. but will it take me twice as long ?
