Is it possible for me to love someone like this?

okay, ive never seen this guy in person. he lives in the same town [and its not that big i mean a population of 40,000 with a neighboring town right next to it with 70,000 thats connected to it; waterloo and cedar falls iowa] but he goes to a differnt school. and we met through someone on myspace; i lovee him and he really likes me but he doesn't know i like him. is it possible for me to like him this much and never see him. im scared of saying yes to him when he asks me out so when we do see ecahother he doesn't reject me for some reason; idk why he would because he says i have a great personality and im very hot? help on this WHOLE sitiation!!!!!!!!! thanks a million.
