In the first half of 2009 "United Health Care's" claims denials went up 40%, as they post 40% profits?

I work in the business. This article is a LIE! Many claims are denied without "Prior Authorization" and can be approved with negotiations, BUT if you have Medicare or Medicaid, those denials are final (no Prior Auth. or negotiations it is FINAL). This is my job, all day long I negotiate with insurance companies to find out why and what we can do to get approval.
