Would the abs system have a trouble code containing missing wheel?

I have a 2006 Dodge Durango and last night the abs light stayed on for about 1 minute and the mil light stayed on. I went to Advance Auto to get code checked and received a missing wheel message. No one seemed to know what that meant.
