Why do Americans have such bad manners?

I am English and I was at yesterdays Ryder cup in Kentucky.Luckily,I managed to sneak 36 cans of Strongbow in and I decided to neck them whilst the games were being played.As I had just finished my 19th can, I decided I needed to puke(To make more room) and I headed for the nearest bunker.I was just starting to puke,when I heard the Americans crowd cheering when a European had missed a putt.This is considered bad manners on a golf course and I was disgusted,
