When a judge rules against Christian laws, then isn't it a case of Atheist imposing there views on everyone.?

Judges rule according to the constitution and the Constitution is agnostic not atheist. You do seem to want to impose Christianity upon everyone else though and use the Bible as the rule of law, when is clearly prohibited by the government in the very first amendment.
