I recently got a fedora and wondered if it would be appropriate to wear it to an interview?

I'm 18 and just bought a fedora because I like the look of it so much. I got an interview at cedar point and am going to wear dressy, tie and stuff. Would it be okay to wear a fedora to it? Kinda new to this and was wondering whats proper and appropriate and stuff.
