Help with military orders!?

My husband just recieved his orders and is going to korea, and we cannot get sponsored, and it is very costly to move there. There are a few men in his current company that are willing to trade with him, they are the same mos, however they are E2's and he is an E3. I have heard about people trading, but i wasnt sure how that works, and he cannot get any information either. We have about a month until he reports to korea, and I am desperate. Please any help you you give me is much appreciated.
