Christians should not sin. But was stunned by words of J. Edwards' Sinners and Angry God; is this our God?

Whether we agree with Edwards' manner of preaching or not, it was certainly effective. God used him in a remarkable way to put the fear of God in people. A great revival followed and many were saved. Little kids don't like taking medicine either, but if it's going to save their lives, we have to get it into them one way or another.
